With 20+ years of continuous improvement experience, Evolve Through Lean™ LLC was born to create a simple way to allow companies to have a foundational tool to enhance their lean journey by capturing and sharing their improvements. Using the most fundamental principles of the Toyota Production System we want people to evolve.

Evolving the thinking by working side by side with small teams, we teach your organization to "see and eliminate" waste and become Official Wasteologist™. We want the mind shift of it's not only my job to get the task done but it is also my responsibility to improve the process.
